It emerges from a body long managed and measured—where breath is monitored, where limits are named from the outside. After days reduced to numbers and projections, something clarifies.

Not everything requires intervention. 
Not everything consents to being saved.

The body here is not passive. 
It holds its own terms.

This is not refusal of care. 
It is refusal of erasure.
